    Capt. Joshua Koncar from the U.S. Army Reserve's 733rd Transportation Company in Reading, Pennsylvania, awards the Purple Heart on March 29 to Urbana Warfel, sister of Sgt. Wilson Meckley Jr. Meckley was considered Missing in Action on Dec. 2, 1950 near the Chosin Reservoir, North Korea during the Korean War. On April 9, 2015, repatriated remains from the battlefield were analyzed, identifying them as Meckley's.
