Command Sgt. Maj. Michael A. Crosby, 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson, congratulates 1st Sgt. Philip Streagle, Company C, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Inf. Div., during an Expert Infantryman Badge award ceremony on March 18, 2016.
