Sgt. Jacob Saccameno, an infantryman assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, low-crawls in soft sand toward his squad’s objective during scout platoon level certifications, March 30, at Adazi Military Base, Latvia.
