Belinda Heerwagen, Navy detachment senior leader, joined the oldest chief, Gene Guthrie, retired master chief, and the youngest chief, Chief Information Systems Technician (IDW/EXW) Whitney Burch, in a cake cutting. Burch, of Belton, Texas, serves in the U.S. Navy Reserve and is assigned to Navy Operational Support Center Jacksonville. She was promoted to chief in Bagram, Afghanistan, Sept. 16, 2015.
