    NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Mar. 30, 2016) -- Capt. John F. Meier, Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford's (CNV 78) commanding officer, addresses the crew in real time from his in-port cabin using the remote Shipboard Information Training and Entertainment (SITE) TV system, the first time the mobile technology was used on the ship.
