SZECIN, Poland – Lt. Col. Gerard Acosta, director of logistics, 4th Infantry Division Mission Command Element, discuss reception, staging, onward movement, and integration with Multinational Corps-Northeast and NATO Force Integration Unit personnel during a staff exchange, March 22, 2016. Acosta spoke with participants about unit movement in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. The 4th Inf. Div. MCE is the division level headquarters for USAREUR and has mission command of all U.S. ground forces conducting operation in support of Atlantic Resolve. Those forced are conducting enhanced multinational training and security cooperation activity that include bilateral training with eastern European allies, plus numerous multi-national exercises.(U.S. Army Staff Sgt.
