Juan Dapena, Submarine Group Nine Undersea Medical Officer works with Navy divers assigned to Naval Undersea Warfare Center Keyport Dive Locker to provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy to a Navy retiree who recently went through radiation treatment for oral cavity cancer that impacted his jaw area.
