A U.S. Army Soldier, from the 982nd Combat Camera Company (Airborne), fires a rifle at a target during the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) course, Okeechobee, Fla., Jan. 29, 2016. TCCC is a two-day certification course taught by former U.S. Special Forces.
