Major Alejandro L. Buniag, 303rd Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, 9th Mission Support Command, Combined Joint Civil Military Operation Task Force commander addresses the media following a press conference as part of the ceremony of Exercise Balikatan 2016 at Camp Peralta, Panay, Philippines, April 4, 2016. The ceremony signified the official start of the annual bilateral exercise that will run from 4-16 April. In Panay, Balikatan 2016 will consist of medical, dental, veterinary, and engineering civic actions, as part of humanitarian civic assistant projects.
