David Berger (left), commanding general of I Marine Expeditionary Force, and Master Chief Petty Officer Michael Smith (right), the command master chief petty officer of I MEF, attend a dedication ceremony of Camp Pendleton’s ‘Anchor Up Club’ as a ‘Chiefs Mess’ to the North County Chief Petty Officer Association on April 1, 2016, at Camp Pendleton.
