ATLANTIC OCEAN (April 6, 2016) – An E-2C Hawkeye assigned to the Screwtops of Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 123 undergoes post-flight checks on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69), the flagship of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group. Ike is underway conducting a Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) with the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group in preparation for a future deployment.
