NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Apr 07, 2016) -- Capt. Richard McCormack, Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) prospective commanding officer, shares a laugh with Greg Willard, corporate secretary and a trustee of the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation, prior to a luncheon in the ship's inport cabin. Willard interned on the White House Staff during Ford's Presidency where he established a close friendship with Ford and his family.
