DIEGO GARCIA (Apr. 6, 2016) – Builder 3rd Class Jacob Crater, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, fabricates rebar reinforcement inside the formwork of a fire pit in Diego Garcia, Apr. 6.
