Scott Murdock, Navy Region Center Singapore Commanding Officer, presents a certificate of completion to YNC Erik Estrada of Commander, Logistic Group Western Pacific, for successfully completing the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Victim Advoate (VA) Training Course. The weeklong course provided 40 hours of training covering keys roles and responsibilities of a Victim Advocate which includes victim confidentiality, medical, legal and investigative processes.
