The 2016 rotation of the United States Marine Rotational Force - Darwin (MRF-D) has begun to arrive in Darwin. Some 1,250 U.S. Marines will spend six months working from Australian Defence Force (ADF) bases in the Darwin region, engaging in various training and exercise activities with colleagues from the ADF.
