Commercial airline traffic is increasing at Toussaint L'Ouverture Airport in Port Au Prince. Feb. 19 marked the return of commercial airline passenger service for the first time since the devastating Jan. 12 earthquake which struck Haiti. Between military, commercial and passenger airline service the airport handles about 75 flights per day.
