DILI, Timor Leste (Apr.16, 2016) - Engineering Aide 3rd Class Jefferson Bobo from Ebeye, Marshall Islands, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, joins the NMCB 4 Detachment Timor Leste from the battalion’s main body in Okinawa, Japan, to shoot a grid pattern of ground elevations using the Trimble 5600 surveying system. These elevations become a topographic survey of the project site, from which the crew will design a drainage plan for the Manleuana Primary School.
