Army Reserve Col. Stephen R. Smith, incoming 643rd Regional Support Group commander, accepts the colors from Command Sgt. Maj. Scott A. Hinton, 643rd Regional Support Group senior enlisted advisor, during a change of command ceremony April 9, at the unit’s Whitehall, Ohio, Army Reserve Center headquarters. Smith, formerly the chief of staff for the 310th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), is taking over command of the 643rd RSG from Col. William J. McLaen.
