Children of Jedallah Anuk, a small village near Q-West, gathered at the village school house to receive humanitarian care packages delivered by Mississippi Guardsmen serving with A Company, 2nd Battalion, 198th Combined Arms, 155th Brigade Combat Team, out of Hernando, Miss., the Q-West force protection company, Feb. 1. The Mississippians delivered the packages in behalf of the city of Barrington, R.I. Since 2003, Barrington has been sending clothing, school supplies and other items to Jedallah Anuk in an Adopt-a-Village program initiated by the 101st Airborne Division.
