Nearly 500 service members and civilians currently deployed to Contingency Operating Base Adder, Iraq, begin the satellite race of the El Paso Half-Marathon Feb. 27, just before dawn in southern Iraq. Majority of the runners are assigned to the 4th Brigade, 1st Armored Division whose home station is Fort Bliss, El Paso, Texas.
