Afghan veterinarian Mohammed Tahir vaccinates a horse brought to the Veterinary Inoculation Training Operation at the Shamir Kowt mosque, in eastern Afghanistan's Kunar province, Feb. 10. More than 900 animals were treated at the event, which was conducted by the Afghan Veterinary Association with the help of the International Security Assistance Forces. The 40th Infantry Division's Agricultural Development Team has helped organize 11 such operations in the province since November.
