The multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Nassau makes a sharp turn while conducting drills in the Mediterranean Sea. Nassau is deployed as part of the Nassau Amphibious Readiness Group with embarked Marines from the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit supporting maritime and theater security operations and in the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility.
