CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait (June 23, 2004) The brand-new M1114 up-armored Humvees wait for inspection by their receipients at the Combat Equipment Battalion's staging area. The CEB receives the Humvees and preps them for cutomers. It takes approximately 10.5 to 16.5 hours to prep the vehicles for delivery to the customer. The CEB installs everything needed, to include gunner shields and even washes the vehicles prior to delivery.
