Seaman Richard Infante, ship's serviceman, assigned to the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga, places his dog tags on a monument on Mount Suribachi. Tortuga arrived off the coast of Iwo To, formerly called Iwo Jima, Feb. 28, and is supporting the U.S.-Japanese Reunion of Honor scheduled for March 3.
