TAKEO, Cambodia (Apr. 20, 2016) - Builder 2nd Class Charles Hormanski and Construction Electrician Constructionman Gabriel Munoz, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, work with an engineer from the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces to move formwork into place for the main pad at the Damrey Yorktek Secondary School project site. NMCB 4 is the forward deployed pacific NMCB ready to support major combat operations, humanitarian assistance/disaster relief operations and provide general engineering support to Navy, Marine Corps and joint operational forces.
