Dragoon Pioneer is a training exercise in which the Moldovan Army and the U.S. Army Regimental Engineer Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, stationed out of Grafenwoehr, Germany, work and train side-by-side to help increase interoperabilty and is part of an ongoing bilateral cooperation between the U.S. Army and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Moldova.
