U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Patrick Francis, a life support investigator assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), uses spray paint to mark aircraft wreckage that was excavated during a joint field activity to East Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea, May 3, 2016. Members of DPAA deployed to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of three aircrew members of a McDonnell-Douglass A-20G Havok lost during World War II. The mission of DPAA is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation. (DoD photo by Staff Sgt. Jocelyn Ford, USAF/RELEASED)
