U.S. Air Force pilots Capt. Brian Stoops and 2nd Lt. Tyler Frazier soar into the sunset in an MV-22 Osprey during an extended training flight with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Training Squadron 204 over the mountains of western North Carolina, April 30, 2016. Students are trained daily within the squadron and are taught as young pilots and aircrew how to operate and maintain the approximately $70 million aircraft in order to provide the fleet Marine forces with a long-range, medium-lift aircraft with combat capabilities. Stoops is an instructor pilot and Frazier is a student pilot with the squadron, which is one of the largest squadrons in the Marine Corps, containing a staff of Marine Corps and U.S. Air Force pilots and support personnel.
