Senior Airman Chris Mann, of the 119th Security Forces Squadron, directs traffic, March 16, at a traffic control point on north University street, Fargo, N.D. The TCP is a heavily traveled corridor for dump trucks delivering clay to flood barriers being built along the Red River. Mann helps to control the traffic at an intersection, which allows the trucks to quickly reach their flood fighting destinations in a timely manner.
