Members of the 140th Medical Group, Buckley Air Force Base, break into small groups at the Kahuku Medical Center, Kahuku, Hawaii to familiarize themselves with the various aspects of the Hawaiian culture, March 14. Kahuku Medical Center staff conducted a cultural familiarization briefing to assist the Guardsman as they begin E Malama Kakou (translated from Hawaiian as "to care for all"), an Innovative Readiness Training program.
