Patriot Academy Commandant Col. Perry Sarver salutes a student from the program's first graduating class at the Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Butlerville, Ind., March 18. The Patriot Academy is the first ever accredited military high school in U.S. history. The program was design to combat the nation's epidemic drop out rates and to give troubled youth a second chance.
