A member of the 88th Military Police Company, the unit will escort officials of the Provincial Reconstruction Team and the United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq as they observe Iraqi polling sites. The U.S. Army Reserve unit is attached to the 3rd Battalion, 73rd Cavalry Regiment, from Fort Bragg, N.C.
