Staff Sgt. Jeremiah McLaurine, is the senior scout for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1/36 Inf. For five days, he taught Iraqi army soldiers the finer points of air mobile operations at Joint Security Station India in Al Kindi, Iraq. McLaurine, a resident of Lima, Ohio, helped train the Iraqis on perimeter and landing zone security, as well as loading and unloading a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter.
