A soldier from 6th Iraqi Army Field Engineer Regiment works to complete a truss to support the roof of the joint operations center on Joint Security Station Constitution. The new JOC, built by the Soldiers of 101st Engineer Battalion in partnership with 6th IA FER, opened, March 15, with a ceremony attended by senior USD-C and Iraqi military commanders.
