As civilian on the battlefield role players approached Entry Control Point One at Army Support Activity-Dix's Contingency Operations Location, Soldiers with the 478th Civil Affairs Battalion, Charlie Company, kept a close watch on their every move. Capt. Michael Sanchoo from Miami, Fla., stands at the ready, waiting to see what the crowd wanted; prepared to defend his position. The Army Reserve unit from Miami, Fla., was engaged in mobilization training in preparation for its mission to Afghanistan in support of Operation Eduring Freedom. After more than three weeks at ASA-Dix the Soldiers are almost ready to move into theater.
