YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 10, 2016) - Builder 3rd Class Timothy Dailey and Construction Mechanic Constructionman Mark Kasia, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 perform routine maintenance on a roller used to compact the ground below the footers for a project in Yokosuka, Japan. The Briggs Bay sea wall project consists of demolishing and replacing 335 meters of CMU block, a U-ditch and six catch basins along the Briggs Bay Sea Wall.
