Staff Sgt. Victor Rae, police transition team representative for the 49th Military Police Brigade, is acknowledged by the commanding officer of a Baghdad police sector after the Iraqi police received cases of civil disturbance equipment. Rae is responsible for finding several hundred pounds of riot gear such as batons, shields, helmets and pads that were unused and stored in a warehouse. He enabled the equipment to be donated to the Baghdad police unit in time for the March 7 Iraq national election.
