Exercise Anakonda 2016 is officially underway today in Nowa Deba, Poland, after the opening ceremonies that took place this afternoon. This provided a great chance for Soldiers of the 173rd Airborne Brigade to meet their counterparts in other participating countries. Exercise Anakonda 16 is a Polish-led joint multinational exercise that brings together 24 allies and partner nations to test the ability and readiness of the Polish Armed forces with allies and partners.
