Joseph C. Wall (Ret.) who passed away about a year ago. Major and Peggy Wall lived together at Yokota Air Base Japan, Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, an assignment in Libya, Misawa Air Base, Japan, and Andrews Air Force Base, Md., before they finally settled in the Maryland area about 32 years ago.
