160608-N-EC099-021 INDIAN ISLAND, Wash. (June 8, 2016) – An UH-60L Blackhawk assigned to the Washington Army National Guard prepares to land off the coast of Indian Island during the Joint Logistics Over-the-Shore (JLOTS) exercise. JLOTS is the process by which rolling stock and containers of military cargo are moved from ship to shore without the benefit of a port.
