Through smoke and water, combat medics assigned to B Battery, Field Artillery Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment crank up the stress level for soldiers undergoing combat lifesaver course evaluations, June 8, at Adazi Military Base, Latvia. As soldiers walked through the steps of casualty care, medics overseeing the training yelled and squirted soldiers with water to enhance distractions in the simulated combat environment.
