Soldiers assigned to 1st Battalion, 204th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, Mississippi Army National Guard, get instruction to prepare for an aerial defense mission during the Multi-echelon Integrated Brigade Training (MiBT) exercise June 8, 2016, at Fort Hood, Texas. A MiBT is a multicomponent, multi-echelon training event that sustains readiness of reserve and active component forces in accordance to the U.S Army’s total force policy. The MiBT will enhance Soldiers ability to conduct movement to contact, deliberate attack, and defense operations. The event serves as opportunities to “train as you fight.” (Mississippi National Guard photo by Sgt. DeUndra Brown, 102d Public Affairs Detachment/Released)
