Smith, deputy chief of Army Reserve, delivers the opening briefing to nearly two-dozen Army Reserve ambassadors during the annual Army Reserve Ambassador Training Workshop June 5-6 at 99th Regional Support Command headquarters on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The workshop increased the ambassadors’ ability to carry out their mission of educating the public, community leaders and congressional staff offices about the capabilities and value of the Army Reserve and its Soldiers.
