Lt. Col. Marcus Welch, commander of 8th Military Information Support Battalion, 4th Military Information Support Group, speaks to family, friends, leaders and the Soldiers of 8th MISB during the battalion change of command ceremony on Fort Bragg, June 10. During the ceremony, Welch assumed command of the battalion from Lt. Col. Bradford Burris. After commanding the battalion for two years, Burris will go on to attend the National War College at Fort McNair, Washington, D.C.
