Soldiers attending an Equal Opportunity Leader Course participate in a Life Raft Activity, where Soldiers were given a confined area and a limited amount of time to vote Soldiers off the raft based on their perceptions and stereotypes of assigned characters.
The course was hosted by the 63rd Regional Support Command, May 20-26, Armed Forces Reserve Center, Mountain View, Calif.
