On an outcropping overlooking Lolo Lake and palaces, Command Sgt. Maj. William Johnson, the U.S. Division - Center command sergeant major, speaks with Col. Mike Shenk, the U.S. Forces ? Iraq inspector general after taking a tour through the Freedom Rest facility at Camp Victory, March 30. Johnson said the facility could house around 38 Soldiers every four days, with priority going to units that live in more austere environments.
