Iraqi Col. Nazih , commander of the Iraqi Air Force Squadron 70, and Col. Sadi Ali, Iraqi Chief of Staff for Ali Air Base, are accompanied by Air Force Lt. Col. Timothy Torpey, 321st Air Expeditionary Wing, for a tour of the brand new COB Adder Airfield Tower during Col. Nazih's visit to Contingency Operating Base Adder, Iraq, March 23, as part of his inspection and survey of areas of the base he and his unit will be assuming control of as part of the Iraqi security forces reestablishment at various locations around Iraq.
