Mosser, commander of the 364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, June 10, on allied interoperability in Torun, Poland. Anakonda 2016 is one of U.S. Army Europe's premier multinational training events, which features 24 nations and seeks to train, exercise and integrate Polish national command and force structures into an allied, joint, multinational environment.
