SOUTH CHINA SEA (Jun. 13, 2016) – Sailors secure pallets for transfer to the dry cargo ship USNS Carl Brashear (T-AKE-7) aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Momsen (DDG 92) during a replenishment-at-sea.
