Gov. Abdul Rahman, governor of Kirkuk, Iraq, inserts the final piece of the cornerstone of the Kirkuk Central Park during a ribbon cutting ceremony March 17, 2010. Iraqi leaders gathered to celebrate the beginning of an Iraqi-funded, $5 million project to renovate the Kirkuk Central Park, a theme park which will have several rides and attractions for local citizens to enjoy.
